🔹The crimes of the occupation will not be forgotten with the passage of time, nor will they succeed in altering the facts of reality and history or breaking the will of our people.
🔹We call for the prosecution of the occupation leaders for their crimes against our people, our land and our holy sites.
🔹In the light of ongoing aggression and crimes perpetrated by the fascist occupation government against our people, our land and our holy sites in the Gazza Strip, the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem, and its continued protection and support of extremist Zionist gangs in carrying out their crimes, we remind everyone that the 32nd anniversary of the horrific Ibrahimi Mosque massacre on February 25, 1994, which coincided with the 15th of Ramadhan falls on this day, the 8th Ramadhan 1447 AH.
🔹The Zionist criminal Baruch Goldstein stormed the mosque during dawn prayers, accompanied by occupation soldiers and border police, and opened fire on the worshippers, killing 29 immediately (while others succumbed later) and wounding dozens of children and elderly people from our people in Hebron.
🔹This heinous crime embodied the true nature of the terrorist occupation entity, which has surpassed all levels of fascism and criminality through a long series of massacres perpetrated against innocent civilians.
🔹This has been evident throughout the long years of occupation, both before and after the massacre, and most recently in the ongoing brutal war of extermination in the Gazza Strip, despite the ceasefire agreement announced months ago – with international guarantees.
🔹The escalation of the fascist occupation government’s systematic crimes against Islamic and Christian holy sites in the occupied West Bank, particularly the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem and the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron, and its protection of extremist gangs as they carry out attacks against mosques—most recently the repeated provocative incursions into the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the burning of the Abu Bakr al-Siddiq Mosque in Nablus—constitutes a flagrant violation of all international norms, conventions and divine laws.
🔹These blatant attempts, are part of a Zionist plan for annexation, settlement expansion and Judaization, that will not succeed in erasing or altering the historical, legal and cultural reality of the occupied West Bank.
🔹We affirm that the crimes of the occupation throughout its dark history, from the moment it set foot on the land of Palestine until the genocide and ethnic cleansing in the Gazza Strip, will not be forgotten with the passage of time.
🔹These crimes will not succeed in altering the facts on the ground, imposing a fait accompli, Judaizing the land and holy sites, changing their landmarks, obliterating our national cause, or breaking the will of our people. Our people’s memory will remain alive; they will neither forget nor forgive, and the flame of steadfastness and resistance will remain deeply rooted and burning brightly within them, never to be extinguished.
🔹We hold the Zionist occupation fully responsible for the repercussions of its ongoing crimes against the Ibrahimi Mosque and the Old City of Hebron, including excavations, closures and the prevention of religious practices.
🔹We call upon international organizations, foremost amongst them UNESCO, to fulfill their legal and moral responsibilities by condemning these attacks and violations and pressuring the occupation to cease them.
🔹We pray for the souls of our righteous martyrs, who gave their lives defending the land and holy sites. We salute our great and steadfast people, who remain on their land, defending their rights and holy sites in every inch of blessed Palestine and beyond.
🔹We call upon them to strengthen their unity and resilience until the occupation is defeated and our aspirations for freedom and independence are realized.
