With the real Gaza death toll nearing 80 000, reports from Arabia indicate a ceasefire deal may be, finally, nearing completion, with Israeli sources Monday telling the Nazi state’s media a “breakthrough” had occurred Sunday night.
They claimed a “final” draft of the agreement had “broadly” been agreed on between Israel’s negotiating team, Qatar’s prime minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, and Donald Trump’s and Joe Biden’s two envoys to Arabia. Trump’s man only recently joined negotiations.
Perhaps, the prospect of no longer getting free passes from Genocide Joe Biden’s infamous “red lines” finally pushed the Zionazis over the peace line.
The Times of Israel is reporting an Israeli official told Reuters that Jerusalem had yet to receive a draft proposal from Qatar. But Israel’s Channel 12 reported the draft was received overnight and that it was broadly acceptable to Israel. It said the draft had been approved by exiled Hamas leaders, and “everything” now depended on the agreement of Muhammad Sinwar, Hamas’s de facto leader in Gaza.
England’s Independent reports Monday the draft was handed over to Israeli and Hamas officials in Doha after a “midnight breakthrough”. Clearly, the draft was physically handed over to Israel’s top-rank genocidaires; the Nazi state seems be typically experiencing difficulty telling the truth.
Israeli sources said the Zionazis had “broadly” accepted the deal, probably to give them enough escape room should the Nazi state revert to form and try and pull out of the deal once the hey-nonny-nonny, feel-good factor from Trump’s inauguration on January 20 dies down.
Trump has threatened there’ll be “hell to pay” if a peace agreement is not in place by the time he is inaugurated next week Monday. The threat is a bit late for the Palestinians, but it seems to have worked with the Israelis, forcing Israel’s Fuhrer Benjamin Netanyahu to send his Genocide A-Team to the talks.
Markaz Sahaba reported Sunday: “Israeli Fuhrer Benjamin Netanyahu said Saturday he would sent top security officials to the Doha talks to reach a ceasefire deal, including Mossad chief David Barnea, the head of Israel’s missing and captive soldiers division and Nitzan Alon, Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar, and political adviser Ophir Falk.
“The decision comes after Netanyahu held a meeting with Defence Minister Israel Katz and other top security officials, as well as negotiators with the Biden administration and incoming Trump administration.”
Hamas said Monday afternoon: ““We renew our pledge with our steadfast and patient people and with our heroic prisoners in the prisons, and we affirm that their freedom is near.”
The Times of Israel confirmed Trump’s envoy, Steve Witkoff, had put pressure on Netanyahu’s team to accept the deal. Biden’s envoy, Brett McGurk reportedly just stood on the sidelines, scuffing lines in the sand with his toe.
Al Thani’s task was to pressure Hamas into accepting the deal; he would not have had much work to do as Hamas had agreed to the deal in May already.
Some Israeli media claimed the Nazi state had already accepted the deal, causing apoplexy among right-wing politicians.
Channel 12, emphasising that its news bulletins had been approved by Israel’s military censor (Imagine: a news agency that proudly and openly tells its viewers its bulletins are censored by the military?), said the deal was broadly similar to the phased, May agreement that Hamas has always insisted is the real deal.
Hamas was furious after Israel typically reneged on that agreement – that has put together by the Israelis.
That deal foresees captives being released as the first stage, with “humanitarian cases” – women, children, men over 50, released first.
On the 16th day, talks would begin to release men of military age. The third would feature talks on governance and reconstruction of Gaza.
A source told Israel’s Channel 13 “if Hamas responds soon, all the details can be finalized within days.”
The Independent reports a Palestinian official close to the talks said information from Doha was “very promising”, adding: “Gaps were being narrowed and there is a big push toward an agreement if all goes well to the end.”
Hamas has always insisted that the deal must lead to a permanent end to the war and Israeli withdrawal from Gaza.
Now, a real peace deal may finally come to Gaza
