CIA, Mossad tough guys play ‘let’s pretend’ in Doha, with Hamas nowhere in sight

Alameen Templeton

I don’t know what some of the toughest guys on the planet – genocidal Mossad strategists; Egyptian torture stooges; and CIA “wet ops” assassins – are up to in Doha Monday, but peace talks are definitely not what’s going on.

It’s always a bit cringeworthy when you watch tough guys playing “let’s pretend”, particularly when you’re not part of the pantomime, so, when they emerge and expect you to keep up the role play, things can get a bit awkward.

Lipstick on a pig

So, let’s just put it out there right up front: there can be no “peace talks” with no one on the other side of the table.

Without Hamas, there can be no real Gaza peace talks that adults can take seriously. And that fact will not change no matter how much lipstick the Mossad-CIA directors smear on their latest diplomatic pig.

But, look at all the mainstream media today, yattering on about “ceasefires” and “peace deals” like its Christmas that comes but once a year.

We’ve had plenty of peace deals smearing bloody trails across this particular table throughout this sanguine year. They’ve come and gone as easily as Israel makes promises and breaks them again, on any given day.

So, hoping for another “Biden shibboleth” is not on Hamas’s diary today or tomorrow. Hamas doesn’t give a damn for “the folks back home” and how they’re going to vote on November 5, the final day of voting for the US election.

And neither should we.

Yesterday, today, and tomorrow

They still think it’s “self-defence” happening in Gaza. The election candidates won’t even say the word, “genocide” when discussing the spreading bloodstain that is Gaza today.

Genocide has been happening in Gaza since mid-October last year. It’s been happening every, single day since then, and it is still happening right now.

South Africa is due to submit its supporting memoranda today, detailing exactly why Gaza is a genocide under international humanitarian law, to the International Court of Justice in the Hague.

This latest, pathetic offer to still the guns, the jets, the missiles, the tanks, the bulldozers for two meaningless days is not going to change the fact that genocide is happening. This proposed “holiday from Hell” is an insult to all victims of Western genocidal rage, including the Jewish victims of Hitler’s Holocaust.

Damn them to Hell

It is being made at this time precisely to try and distract the “folks back home” from the horrible truth.

Damn them! Damn them to Hell, if they won’t wake up.

The last time the CIA and Mossad tough guys held a “let’s-play-with-ourselves pantomime” of this sort was back in August. Since then, we’ve had assassinations of resistance leaders, missile exchanges between Israel and Iran, and a widening of the genocide as Israel scrabbles to try and pierce the Lebanese border, with the Hezbollah fighters waiting, armed and ready, on the other side.

We’ve also had a “Holocaust within a Holocaust” in northern Gaza, and, still, Hamas will not participate in the Doha pantomime.

Some legal experts point out that Israel’s legal jeopardy can’t get worse than where it is, because it is already in absolute peril – the charge of genocide is the bottom of the barrel. So, it was guilty of genocide in October last year, in all the months between and it is still guilty of genocide today. So, hey, for the Zionists, the end game remains the same, so they might as well keep on killing and blindly pursuing their “objectives” because it makes to difference to them.

Sticking to their guns

But, apparently, it can make a difference at the US polls. And that is probably the reason for the latest Doha dramatics unfolding today.

The “Islamic resistance” said in a post (that has since been taken down) on Al-Mayadeen Monday morning the offer of “peace talks” was a distraction intended to make a difference to the US elections and nothing else.

Offers of a two-day truce were too pathetic to take seriously, but they said they would withhold fire if the Zionists did as they supported any offer that could increase peace.

But they reiterated their August position that they had already accepted Israel’s peace offer, made on June 2, and they expect the White House to ensure Tel Aviv stands by its word.

The Zionists walked away from that deal, as they had from too many others, and Hamas has had enough of tramping off to Arabian capitals for pointless “jaw sessions” over coffee.

Either, they stop the genocide or they stay at home.

Already in ‘absolute peril’

No amount of pressure is going to change that.

It cannot change because the Palestinians are also already in their “absolute jeopardy”. Simply put, the genocide can’t get any worse.

America and Israel are already doing their damnedest and, like the Palestinians refusing to leave their homes in northern Gaza, it’s making no difference any more, whether you die today or after a “two-day ceasefire”.

But that’s not stopping the tough guys from playing “let’s pretend”; it’s a favourite pastime of the entire American electorate, after all.
